Lawsuits....

here in colorado a man is sueing a 8 year old kid who accidentialy broke his leg by running into him while skiing, the lawsuit is for $75,000,
sure your gonna be pissed but god have a heart sueing a lil kid for a accident >:(

At least it makes more sense than suing the onwer of the ski resort or the maker of the skis, or the radio station that advertised the lift tickets, or...
The problem is a basic lack of personal accountability. The guy went skiing willingly. Anyone who's ever ski'd knows it's a dangerous activity and you can hurt yourself. He should just suck it up.
I bet the 8 year old kid's parents are loaded.

Alas a sign of the times. The trouble is idiots like this get a lot of press and it colours peoples perceptions of the US. The only problem is the morons running Europe are copying this

Of course, if the French actually did drop a bomb on them, then that would be a very humiliating death. I can just see all the lawyers lined up at the pearly gates (or probably the
other gates) with St. Peter (or the other guy) pointing and laughing saying "Ha ha, you got killed by the French!".

In America you need a permit to engage in pest control. :)
I wouldn't trust the French to drop a bomb on Lawyer Island. They'd probably surrender to it.

Personally I trust the French with their nukes more than the Americans. Afterall the French don't leave them bolted to aircraft to just go winging all over the country
