urgh mcdonalds.
After today I never want to eat there again. went through the large big mac meal and large shake no problem, then on a bet I had the 20 chicken nuggets. never have I eaten something so tasteless and dry in my life. On the plus side I won some cash.

I'm no fan of McDonald's but nobody forces anyone to eat there. I often wonder where all these fat kids are as I haven't noticed any around here. Certainly no more than when I was a kid myself & that was a very long time ago. ::)

In Hungary kids do seem to be getting fatter, seems to be a diet of McDs and pizza ::)
I seem to remember that "You are what you eat, which is why most people from California are hamburger shaped" ;D When I lived in California people accused me of being skinny.... wish I still had that problem ;D ;D ;D

There are lots of factors to our increasing beltlines.  Lack of physical activity (partly because of video games) and diet are just two.

I agree on both points. If obesity is indeed caused by eating too much junk, then the wise thing to do would be to stop eating so much of it.

The documentary "Supersize Me" 'proved' that the food at McDonald's wasn't particularly good for you. Well no s**t! If I spent a month eating nothing but food by Nestl

Personally, I like a good sandwich from a grocery store deli. Some are good, some are bad, one on my work route makes the worlds greatest Ruben. But I digress...

Exactly, once in a while. The only way fast food will "make" you fat is if you eat it all the time.
