I ordered some stuff by phone yesterday. I was hit by the normal post and packaging and the

Online-sales might seem temptive... until they add shipping, handling and other costs... it is a rip off! I'm sure this sort of phone-sale is the same deal... unless you were calling a naughty number, then the telephonist would be entitled to some fee...  ;D

Thanks to the explosion in internet sales, it works out more expensive these days for companies to have telephone sales. Thus the extra charge
