This reminds me of a funny story, probably BPB by me, but who cares?
My cousin was in the Army for a while during the 80s, and during his training at Ft. Benning his birthday came around. My aunt, being a wacky, person sent him a Gorilla-Gram, which consists of a guy in a gorilla suit with balloons, etc. The Gorilla-Gram arrived, oddly enough, when his unit was assembled in front of the sergeant, probably for inspection (?). The sgt. allowed him to receive his goofy birthday gift, then called my cousin forward. He seemed angry.
"Crosson!!"
"Yes, sir!!"
"Who sent you that... gorilla-gram, Crosson?!"
"My mother, sir!!"
Then the sarge leaned in and got right in my cousin's face, and very quietly snarled:
"You mean... there are more like you?"
