Richie man, I cant take these Broncos finishes much more.  :o I felt like throwing up when that first raider FG went through.

I must admit, it was another exciting game.  Including a very rare football weather delay early on.  It was a lot of fun to watch.  One thing to remember, an OT win is just as good as a blowout win.  In fact, I almost think its better.  When you can make big plays when needed and win like that, you can beat anyone.  Its true, they did get a few lucky breaks...but consistently taking advantage of them is a really good sign for Denver.

The only positive I take from winning that way, is knowing there were thousands of raider fans who all in unison went from stupidly happy thinking they actually won an afc west game to completely depressed in a space of 10 seconds. ;) :) What I dont like is the fact that once again the Broncos had a huge amount of yardage but still failed to score big, that and Jay Cutler is making certain plays that Plummer wouldn't have even made. ::) But he'll get there.

What happend to Carolina though? Losing to Houston? :o

Dude, this is a different Houston team...they are looking really good.  Matt Schaub is looking really good and their whole team seems to be coming together.  I don't think they are a playoff team...but they are much improved.  But, the Panthers still shouldn't have lost to them.  Unfortunately, I didn't see the game (wasn't on TV here) but the Panthers will be OK.  I'll bet they win their division (even over the Saints...who are 0-2 right now).

Also, do you know when you are going to post the week 3 schedule?  If you don't post it tomorrow, I'll PM you my picks and I'll have you post them for me or something.  I'm traveling to Nebraska early Thursday and won't be home (or have computer access) until Sunday.  I'm starting up with school interviews again (and already have a bunch...it appears I will be accepted somewhere this time)!  Oh, I'm going to Omaha and will hopefully be going to see the SAC Museum.  I've heard they have a bunch of cool planes including one of the 4 remaining B-36 Peacemakers and an Avro Vulcan (I've never seen either)!  I'll be taking my camera just in case.   ;)

Dontread: 7-9
Richie: 9-7
Jayhawk jake: 9-7
Charlottesdad: 10-6
Nemo: 11-5

Congrats to myself, but even moreso to Nemo for his 11-5.
As a side not I am giving Bman 8-8 results untill he joins in (except bye weeks), it's not much but I also know he could catch up when he is able to rejoin us.
