Heavy Beating Imposed by Evident Mad Cannibal

He tried to pull the restaurant's manager through the window to the loud beat of his music, then tried to make road kill of a man trying help her. Methinks toasting his buns with citings of harassment, attempted assault and criminal possession are a bit lean.
