Now that is interesting. One of my other hobbies is flying small R/C planes and helicopters, and the major factor in how small you can make them has always been battery weight. With something like this, you could incorporate the battery right into the airframe.

Not thought of that. As an electro RC'er, how about the skin covering being the battery.

Hmm, not a bad idea, depends on how durable these batteries are. I'd hate to have to re-cover the whole thing because of one little tear.

This could also be a boon to full-size electric aircraft, too... very interesting.
