So this replica was not seaworthy, had no nav lights and no flares....................just as well the river police where not about during the civil war

Out side of getting too close to the QE2, what a complete (typical) over reaction.

Why does the QM2 need a security cordon in America anyway? You don't get hunted down and arrested if you get that close when the ships parked in Southampton.
