Man runs over 72 year old woman with shopping cart. Be sure to check out his mug shot. He looks as unglued as the story suggests.

Just saw a TV show last night about crystal Meth and that guy's photo and behavior are an exact copy of everything they were talking about in the show. Don't know if the cops did a tox screen on the guy but I'd bet $1 he was high on Methemphedamenes at the time.

I did an internet search on how meth deteriorates a person's appearance. This woman looks like she's 80 years old in the last picture and she's only 39!
