But worst yet, if you see a guy like this, run fast.  Run very fast!  He's aprt of what is reputed as the most violent street gang in the world.  MS-13.  These immigrated to the US from El Salvadore and are known for their tattoos on their face.  They're in Canada too.

Yea, I've seen people with full body tats, but these guys tats are associated with a level of violence.

Look at the guy on the left he has a gun shot wound just to the left of his neck and that scratch on his shoulder looks alot like a near miss.

...most people would conclude a person who gets shot unlucky, dumb or both.
