Ah, that's why the flags were at half staff today. Lets always remember the people who did their job that day.

Sadly, most people tends to forget that fact..  :-/

The fact that a handful of fascist b*stards were willing to sacrifice them all is a greater tragedy still.

My Grandad was in the Royal Navy, and was at D-Day in a ship named the HMS Blenn Cathra - I believe it was a destroyer. Has anyone heard of it?

(and note the spelling of its single-word name):
