It's nice to see SOMEONE has some morals left...
O.J. tossed from steakhouse on Derby eveSimpson's attorney, Yale Galanter, said the incident was about race, and he intended to pursue the matter and possibly go after the restaurant's liquor license.
Yeah! Let's play the race card again! It worked before... Another reason why all lawyers should die.

What is it with people using the race card these days? Ruby clearly pointed out in the article that the incident had nothing to do with race but with what many believe O.J. did back in 1995. Ruby did a good job handling the situation by politely rejecting to offer O.J. service and asking him to leave based on O.J.'s past. Frankly, I would've done the same thing since I don't like O.J. either [he's a spoiled brat, but not as much as the Hiltons].

Whatever happened to "We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone"? Those signs used to be everywhere. The owner should be allowed to run his business as he sees fit.

It does not matter what OJ does or where he goes, whether he is actually innocent or guilty, he will get a hard time from someone who thinks he/she knows better, after all it was on TV, what more do they need to see/hear, but here is a question.
For the sake of argument, and not aimed at OJ himself, what is worse, an innocent man being sent to prison for life for a crime he did not commit, or a murderer who did it but got off because he had a good defence and is now free to walk the streets.

Does OJ look like he'd do it again?
I doubt it.

That was not the question.

What does that have to do with anything?
.....a guy murders some people. He gets caught. But he super-duper promises never, never to do it again. The authorities gives him a once-over and tells him, "you don't look like you'll do it again, you can go"
BTW, what does a murderer look like? :-?

Well, he didn't look like he'd do it the first time.

It's not about if he'd do it again. It's about he did it the first time. Personally, I hope every restaurant owner in the world kicks him out for the rest of his rotten miserable existence.
BTW, in regards the race thing; Micheal Jordan was the next customer in line with a party of 30 people, which must have been a hassle for the owner. He got served... ::)
