Last week there was a big bank job in Budapest that resulted in an armed siege and firearms officers giving the baddies a good going over (the wife was a matter of meters away from the excitement). Now after the incident the feds go in and start collecting evidence. This officer gets an attack of "light fingers" at the sight of all this cash sitting around and starts stuffing it in his pockets and bag (several hundred thousand forints). Now this is before the bank tellers are allowed back in and remember the baddies are in silver braclets with an interlocking motif.
So when the tellers are allowed back in they start counting the money and come up VERY short. So the officers go and check the security videos and watch one of their colleagues in action right in front of one of the cameras (and this guy is a forensics officer)
