I generally don't use paper napkins at home, and in general I do reasonably well putting the food into my mouth, so no great waste there...
But if she can "make #2" and use only 1 square of TP afterwards, I want to know what she's eating. That's just not freakin' possible for a normal human being.  I suppose if one is bulimic.... oh dear, was that out loud?

Rather than come up with some sort of "toilet paper law"  (how the hell do you enforce that?), she ought to have bidets installed in her home(s) and start a campaign to make them more popular in this country.
I used to rent an apartment with a bidet and although it creeped me out at first, I grew to like it... perfect for the aftermath of those Mexican-food-and-tequila binges...

It is easy. Fold said square in to four. Tear out the corner that is the middle of the square. insert finger through hole the full length of said finger. Keep small piece that was torn out, you will need this later. Do your paperwork as required. Holding the outside of square with finger through it with your other hand, withdraw finger wiping "foreign bodies" off at the same time. Now use small piece torn out to clean under your fingernail  ;D

I see a loop hole,  1 piece per visit? Use one piece, walk out (may be embarrassing if not done right  ::) ) then walk back in and use another, repeat until done  ;D

Hi all...never been away ..just been keeping quiet and keeping a fatherly eye on you all.....

Nice to see some new posters enjoying SimV and giving some input.
