Forget all that blasting away with a 12-gauge like Mr. E. Fudd. The new British method of duck hunting can now be revealed in all its glory. The IED (Improvised Exploding Duck) which you just launch into a nearby flock and it does the hard work ;D

With some slight modification, I think we could have a rather good bird scarer for airport use. Let a couple go whilst whist the aircraft is on long finals, bird strike problem eradicated. Though I do see one down side. If the pilot happens to be a Gulf War veteran then we could have some flash back issues ;D

WTF? Did they use a mortar or something?  :o How on earth did they create these falling fireballs! Must be fake, right?

I'd imagine they stuffed Mr. Duck full of gunpowder. As the rocket part burnt through the rest went up. The fireball being bits of Mr. Ducks fluffy outer layer coming down. Nylon burns REALLY well ;D
