Well you are a student. Give it a year and you'll be living off beer and chips.
Hmmm Chips and Curry Sauce followed by an Ice cold pint.......
NOPE!!.. Salad!...SALAD! and Orange juice for this friday.. How depressing is that?
Hi Jimbo. I'm not the right person to give advice as I've never been on a diet in my life. However, I've seen my ex-wife's & daughter's diets over the years (women are always dieting whether they need it or not) & in most cases what they were allowed was far more than they already ate & certainly more than I ever did.![]()
I think you could do with some professional advice & help. A balanced diet is a matter of eating the right things & there's no point at all if you don't enjoy your food or starve yourself. This leaflet might give you some ideas. http://www.nutrition.org.uk/upload/BNF%20Healthy%20Eating(1).pdf
What's all this about salad? That might be fine in the summer but the winter's approaching fast. No reason why you can't have a few chips & even a small beer if you wish. How about a couple of boiled eggs with soldiers or even some grilled bacon for breakfast. Use your imagination.
I think too much exercise on what you're eating now might not be such a good idea. Could you not cycle or even walk to college instead of going to the gym? Go for a nice walk in the countryside at weekends or take up some hobby to get you out in the fresh air.
I don't often eat breakfast. But then, it gets a bit tricky when you get up at lunch time.
Ya Lazy Sod!, they dont allow that "Up North"
Hi Doug. Thanks for the reply.
Problem is with todays society people are looking at the 21st Century Techniques, and alot of it is good, but alot of it isn't what it says it is. Which is the main reason im posting on here, i know alot of the members are older, have experience and teach a thing or two.
I dont believe in these "Diets" which are about, all i do is eat healthy, and excercise as much as i can.
Cheers Doug
James
