Bought TrackIR4 pro off ebay

Bought TrackIR4 pro and clip pro off ebay from this dude http://myworld.ebay.com/virtual_merchandise and it has been 3.5 weeks still didnt get my items yet. I wrote him 2 emails asking when will i get my items but he refused to write back.

Paypal already paid him wtf do i do? I want this TrackIR 4 pro for my FSX so bad. Do you think he ripped me off too?

File a complaint with payapl. thats all you can do really. Interesting name as well

And don't forget Paypal will charge you for open disputes. This is wh I don't do online transactions.
