Anyway, back on topic, it will be interesting to see if they utilise it properly as a removal centre - ie use the 6500ft of runway for charter flights to effect removals of failed immigrants.

The pool's not a big one though - 25m I believe last time I was in it...

That is okay as most of these illegal immigrants can't swim anyways! I wouldn't say no to a half-Olympic pool
