And THAT'S why I don't like anything past the size of a Dash 8....

Really not a big deal, just a big 'oops' by the pilot.  No one was hurt thankfully

I know there will be many people around the world mourning the fact it wasn't worse. ::)
I didn't realise Tony travelled on an ordinary plane with his family like that. Bush has a whole fleet of aircraft to himself. ;D

i think more to the point what was tony blair doing on a jet ging to miami.  he has been blabering on about how we (the general public) should stop using planes to reduce green house gasses and go on holiday localy instead.  surely he should practic what he preaches?

....quite right...

He and Sherie should have paddled across the "Pond" in a 2-man Canadian canoe to Miami.. ;)...!

..after such an excursion, he would then maybe think twice about agreeing with George about "everything" he says...... :o...!

...I would.. :-[...!

Tee-Hee... ;D...!

Paul...somewhere...upstream...... without a paddle.. :'(...!

LOL... ;D...!

President Blair and family also fly from time to time with Easy Jet. It makes him feel closer to his "people"

As soon as I opened this post the local Miami news came on with a bit about this, authorities still investigating, exact cause of incident still unknown.  No biggie, fortunately, and we would not have known about his visit if it wasn't for this.

Am I the only one thinking that crash is a pretty strong word considering the circumstances?!  :P

You are right, but imagine what the headlines would have been if it was George W and Air force One.
