Community service and "deal harshly" are not words that I would use in the same sentence.

LOL best thing i've heard all day!! What a guy Reminds me so much of a certain friend of mine, can really see that happening to him one day...

He never won anything in his life, so he thought he might try to win a Darwin Award.  He couldn't even win one of those!
