Heh. Silly in the first place. People are just being stupid now. Current bid $10,000,000.00

I thought people were dumb when they were buying those texas snowballs for $250 a pop, but seriously. $10 Million could buy me a house, car, airplane, maintain the airplane, new computer, and a PS3 + bigscreen plasma + 7.1 surround in like 2 months when PS3's are everywhere.

Some people are just stupid.

Aye, last night, while listening to multiple reports of people being shot and stabbed for PS3s, a few of my buddies and I decided to check how the bidding was going on ebay and saw that one.  Note it appears to be for Red Cross.

Talking of PS3s, I went to Best Buy last night to pick up a CD, and there were somewhere around 20 people in line waiting in 30 degree weather overnight in front of the store, so I asked one of the employees in Best Buy what they were in line for, and he said, "It's for the Wii, but they don't know that we have, like 100 of them here". It made my walk back out the door and past everyone freezing their arses off in line all the better with my little gem of knowledge.

Really shows your richness...  ::) Hey wait, with that money I could maybe buy Play station as a company.. lol

Just like I said, people are just being stupid. I doubt any bidders had any intention of paying.

I feel for the seller, it is my understanding that whether or not the item sell he will still have to pay the Ebay fee for the auction.

I can't understand the hype, people getting shot, fighting over it, stores allowing people to stand in line knowing they only have 20 available to sell stores themselves should be responsible for the violence.

I did it the smart way and preordered for my daughter, I cut to the front of the line and was out before the others were allowed in LOSERS! LMAO!!

That and the PS3 I have read will have 400,000 available this week for sale in the US so if you waited in line it was your waste of time, lol. again LOSERS!!!

Someone who thinks he can sell a playstation 3 for $250,000 deserves to have their time wasted.

I hope the seller hasn't been lead to believe that he'll be recieving a cool $99,999,999.

Its just a game console, why do people go so nuts over them.  By next christmas it will cost $300, the christmas after that $200, and you will be able to just walk in a store and pick one up, no lines, fighting, killings.  

I wouldn't want the first one anyway, they will probably have issues, like the Xbox 360 did with overheating.  Or like how the first PS2s can't play the newer PS2 games.
