Man I'm impressed!

I called Dell Technical Service yesterday at approx. 10:30 am EST and reported a dead CD-RW drive on my now 2 year old system. I received the new drive at 11 am EST today. Had it installed by 11:15 am EST. Called DHL for pickup of the old drive. They were back here by 12:10 pm EST to pickup the return..... 
So it took a little over 25 hours to get the new drive and install it and return it....I AM IMPRESSED!!!!
The really cool part was that I actually got to talk to someone that spoke english...lmao. The tech was in Canada and I told him, "Well, at least your on the same continent"....lmao
