If you're from Europe, you can book from Alitalia or AirFrance to come via Miami/New York or if from Spain you can come with direct flights with Iberia, AirPlus, AirMadrid.

If you're from North America, you can come in direct flights with Continental, American, Delta. If you live in Canada there's a direct flight from Toronto

Thanks for the excellent photo-tour, both of you guys...  8)

Which of you can tell me the interesting aviation-related trivia item about Angel Falls? ;)

I never had a burning desire to visit S. America until I met some sisters from Sao Paulo once in Jamaica... it occurred to me that there were more like them down there... ;D
Someday, someday...for now, I have to settle for the few Brazilian ladies in the Potuguese quarter here in Newark (you can spot them a mile away- I think it's the way they walk.  ;)
Can you believe, though, that I've lived here 10 years and still can't speak more than a few words of Portuguese? Pathetic.

OK, speaking of Angel Falls and aircraft, I see that there is a tour available that includes a flyby of the falls in a
DC-3!!!  Just flying into and hanging out in Cainama sounds like fun, but that flyby... wow!! Not very expensive, either, as Alrot points out. Especially if you stay at his house while in Valencia... what's for breakfast, amigo? ;)

I was thinking Alaska for my next big vacation, but now I'm thinking again...  Might be seeing you in December 2007, Alejandro...! ;) ;D

Oh, I see how it is, now... "let's milk the rich gringo..."
Predictable. ::)

;D

So what would be a "traditional" Valencia breakfast?

And do you know anything about that Servivensa flight? They crashed lately? ;D

I have an Uncle from Paraguay, he's always spoken highly of the entire continent.  I'll definitely have to get down there some time.
