Has the guy never heard of an autopilot?

Surely you wouldn't think of landing that without one in those conditions.

Actually when it's excessively windy is exactly the time you DONT use the autopilot

(it can't keep up in high winds)

Not to mention that in all conditions, the AP is uncoupled as you clear the fence, even if it has autoland capability.
