They were F-15's so no not a carrier. I believe this was a base in the middle east.

those are taxi lines  ;) we have those in FS9. Aslo when have you ever seen a F-15 on a carrier in active service. And the guy wasnt dresses properly for an aircraft carrier,  its quite obvious twards the end its not a carrier.  ;D

If he was in the United States Navy, you could bet a hundred bucks his CO would spot him. Plus he would have one one of many fashionable colored vests.
