I cant see anywhere in the "Oath" that it's not allowed to comment that the aircraft is payware, and therefor an illegal entry..

But whats wrong with using that AC? It was freeware? Everyone had a chance to get it? I dont see where the problem is?

It is considered as Payware, because it was only available in one day, and since you has to buy the model to get it, it is officially payware now..
