It seems tha advertising works!!

Teachers in the U.K. are complaining about the over-use of especially Lynx ( axe ) Deodorant!! . This is nothing new.
When we started a new school year in 1999 we had a short meeting with the head of year who specifically said, "please dont go overboard with body spray, Women dont like it in huge amounts and since this is an all boys school just use small amounts" Quite funny really.

I never understood why some people spray themselves with enough body spray to make the air around them intoxicating...

I always have the windows open in my classroom for 2 reasons;
1) the smell of stinky teenagers feet!
2) the freezing cold keeps the same smelly footware sporting ones awake as they shiver so hard it is like watching a bowl of jelly in an earthquake
Unlike the locals I DON'T feel the cold

It's not the body spray that annoys me the most. It's the way how some women abuse their perfumes to the point that people litterly get an allergic reaction from it. :-/

Esselbach & Katahu ... Mopp? Sounds an awfull lot like that instrument I use to clean the floors... you sure that will attack you from gases?  ;D

Lynx is bad enough. But what annoys, and afterwards amuses me is when some girls wear enough perfume to knock out a squirrel at 20 paces. I once had someone like that sit next to me on the bus and I seriously had difficulty breathing. I did however have a good laugh about it afterwards with my friend who was also on the bus at the time.

I recall a young air cadet many moons ago telling me how he never used hair gel/spray on his hair (and believe me you could bounce a concrete block off it) so I decided to prove he was lying with the aid of a Bic lighter.... good thing we had some pints of beer to hand to put the fire out
