Anyone here been to the Spitfire exhibit at the science museum in London?
Just wondering if its worth having a look at...

I've been to the Science museum a few years ago, but don't rememer seeing a Spit - was the exhibition opened recently?

Ozzy went last year with Doug and Will if I'm not mistaken. Look in the photo's forum and you'll find some pics (it was around October time IIRC). Looked good...

Will, Sarah and Abi joined Doug and myself for a mad day out. Yes there are snaps in the photo forum.
Is it worth a visit? YES!!! Oh and then you can always go to the top floor and spend a few hours lost in the aviation section (an S6B and a Spit Mk I amongst other things) 8) 8) 8) And the best bit is it is FREE ;D

I second that but I don't know if the Spitfire exhibition is still on. It's well worth a visit without that.

I'll have to put my plans into practice and go up to london then. Wonder if there's anything good on at the Maritime Museum...
