What the case is about are waiting lists on airports.. The question is what can Schiphol airport do to make passengers feel more comfortable while waiting... Noq my questions are... Have you ever flown on or from Schiphol recently and how did you experience it? Secondly.. do you have examples of airports that take special care of their passengers while their waiting ( in the passenger area) Can you also tell me what makes those ports special?
