 Now that the Winter Olympics are under way I've kinda become interested in curling.  Sometimes I even watch it on the Canadain channel CBC.

 I have two qustions about curling.

 1.  How is scoring kept?

 2.  What's with all the sweeping and how does it affect the travel of the "stone"?

 It amazes me how the team can finesse a "stone" into place(!) although I don't know why.

 Right now I'm watching the woman's competition, USA verses Canada.  I have to admit the Canadan women are good, real professionals and the USA women are.....BABES!!

Lawn bowls ... you Brits make it sound so sexy! I play jeu de boules... not lawn bowls...  Sounds like a really bad and painful accident with a lawnmower

The trophy is a crushed and mounted Bud Light can, disappointingly empty.
