I'm amazed anyone would dare to risk their lives or at least their reputation by carting anything like some of that in. Check out the seven pics the end. It's shocking!

State sponsered theft ......... nice one!!

If anything is confiscated then the owner should receive a receipt and be able to reclaim it on their return. Anything not claimed is then free for sale.

Yeah I thought so. Perhaps making them pay the cost of the postage as a "fine" for trying to take them on board, but to just nick them. :-X
Still, I can't figure who would have the cheek to bring some of those on board. :o

NS Lost-and-found is sold after a few years too. As is the case with Schiphol.

There is a point where keeping the stuff in a storehouse proves to be more expensive than what you could get for it when selling it.

Nobody goes to the TSA and asks his cheap razor back... you just buy a new one when you arrive at your destination.

It doesn't surprise me. There is a local dry cleaners that sells unclaimed uniforms that have been left behind for over 3 months.

Anyways, I didn't know that they had such displays at the Little Rock National Airport [also called Adams Field]. I usually just walk through the security check points and head off to my plane oblivious to what's happening around me. ::)

If something is that important to you, just put it in an envelope and mail it to yourself no problem.

But on the other hand, you have to be a moron to bring a cap gun that resembles the same size and shape as a real firearm onboard a plane.

Did I see a mobile phone in one of the 7 pics? That's a really dangerous item. Especially if your boss knows the number.
