Well Cambridge seem to be recruiting the cream of British brains.... I don't think! These two certainly have a future in the MoD supplies office ::)

Two Cambridge University students "let their college down" by sending a hamster through the post, a court heard today.
David Jordan and James Cole, both 19 and second year students at Churchill College, claimed to have undertaken the bizarre prank in revenge upon a man who had threatened Jordan four months earlier.
Magistrates sitting in Ely, Cambs, heard that the pair carried out the cruel practical joke after getting "plastered" at a college garden party.
Jordan and Cole both admitted abandoning a hamster in circumstances likely to cause the animal unnecessary suffering, when they appeared before magistrates today.
Jordan was fined

I am assuming mummy and daddy paid for a new building at the college as there is no way those morons got in on the merit of their brains. ::)

They should be sentenced to 1 year in a hamstercage with min. 10 hours a day of running in the hamsterwheel... That will teach them! Idiots!

PS: Hooray for the British postmen!  ;)

Their punishment should be to be sealed in large envelopes and posted, preferably to somewhere far, far away.
Jerks.

So they weren't to bright, but what about the judges???? Now who is going to enforce the no pet rule for the next 10 years? Are they on supervised probation?  :-* LOL

If I remember correctly, something similar to that was successful with a criminal refugee in South Africa. :o
