That's what I mean - you can ride at 128mph and be cleared of reckless riding. All you need to do is make sure the road is clear and stay in lane!

There is a clear difference:

Reckless driving: Ride around like a half-witted monkey while posing a danger to either yourself or someone else.

Speeding: Just going faster than the limit.

Like the judge said. The prosecuters would have won if they had just simply accused him for "speeding" and not "reckless driving".
