This has got to be the biggest R/C plane I have ever seen.

Just incredible.

But if you'll look at this little film you'll see that there are bigger ones...ones you can sit in and fly with a playstation controller..... :P (maybe not so RC anymore...)

Maybe not the largest...but still pretty cool!  That must have taken a lot of work.

I wasn't sure I had hit the right video till I came to that part.  A pretty cool video (heh heh...gettin' down in a tomcat!) ;D

That is some size of an RC! :o
How much do you think that would have taken to build?

I also wonder where these people get the finance from as it would have cost tens of thousands and one mistake and it will be a heap of rubbish.  ::)

I haven't watched the vid as it would probably take hours to load the page on dial-up. From the comments this must be a very large R/C model. I've seen a few in my time & even helped fly them. The main problem is not the size of the model as large models are usually much easier to control than small ones. It's finding somewhere suitable to fly the darned things. A friend who built a scale C-130, incidentally the first 4-motored electric powered model aircraft to fly in the UK, tested it on the hard runway at Shoreham Airport as none of our model flying fields was anywhere near big enough. This was a comparatively small model compared with some I've seen.

Not that long. I started downloading it and I came back to my computer about 45 minutes later and it was finished.

It's a big aircraft. You could probably stuff a small child in the fuselage. Don't know if it would still fly though ;D
