Although it says this on the webite

If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this User Agreement. "
What do you think? Does it mean that i CAN register for it, but only with permission from my parent(s)???, or does it mean i CAN register, but only if one of my parents have an ebay account aswell, and they ALSO give me permission..... Im lost LOL
