You can just about bet this is just a scam trying to get money from you and nothing will ever come of it if you ignore it.
I would report it to your postal authorities, police, and any other governmental agencies that handle mail fraud.

You might wanna check your bank statements and other things concerning your account to rule out the possibility of ID theft.

I would be tempted to take their e-mail address and go around the internet subscribing them to newsletters, and other interesting 'stuff'

well it wasnt an email...a real letter with my real adress and name. anyway, im reporting this to my local police. I already sent an email to the encashment company ( the adress is
info@proinkasso.de ;)) in which I said that I will NEVER pay this. Well see how things continue.

Along that line I have received two bogus requests for my personal info from someone caliming to be an AMAZON.COM
department.
DELETE, is the word for those e-mails.

Sticking them in my "Blocked E-Mail List", then Delete, sorts that problem out...
