The W*n*doo Broadband saga continues. Having left it for a couple of weeks (and an extra one to cater for the expected incompetance) for W*n*doo to inform BT (British Telecom for our non Brits...
) the line was no longer in use, I called BT to ask why I was still unable to order. Turns out the line is still marked to W*n*doo...
Call W*n*doo. "We expect its a mistake by BT not completing the work...
...oh no, we haven't completed the instruction at our end, sorry".
Just like the house moving instruction they forgot to action, and took 7 weeks to complete.
All being well I'll be able to get another Broadband package on Friday!
