Whos next? the guy who invented titanium? The designer of the runway. Hell why arnt Michelin being investigated it was their tire. Oh right the whole connection thing :-X ::)

Again i go back to michelin. Maybe if the tyre was made correctly it wouldn't have shredded the way it did. And lets face it, we only need to go back to certain events in the F1 calender to see they dont make the highest quality products at times. ;) :-X

I never saw this as anyone's fault, except maybe the airport procedures for not checking the runways as regularly as they might. If it hadn't been for that piece of debris that shouldn't have been there, nobody would have died & Concorde might still be in service today. It was an unfortunate accident. These things happen in aviation just as in any other form of transport.
