the end of the universe

Postby alrot » Mon Aug 22, 2005 8:54 am

How do you think the Universe is going to end

1)the expantion will stop and shink until reunited as a singular particle again (big Crunch)S. Hawkings theory

2)the universe always has been static and never been an expantion

3)it will continue to expands until all the electron's matter will stop spining around its core as spining it self of quamtum particles matter & antimatter dying by the absolute cold from what cosmologist call the cold death of the universe

4) what are you talking about...nerd?

5)i have another diferent another opinion

I couldn't not open as poll because some questions are too large and doesn't fit

5) A different opinion.

It will end in a way none of us would think of. We know nothing of science really. The worlds top scientists will say they know nothing compared to what there is to know and that they only have theories and not laws to go by. I mean how far have we explored of the universe? Nowt to put it into perspective and we have only been looking for the last 50 years!

We should know a lot more in another 50 years though and by another 50-100 years I reckon most theories today will be shelved for something better. Just the way science works.  ::)

I can follow Saiteks idea, but for the moment with the current scientific insights, I'll follow mr. S Hawkins... still the biggest mind around!

But Ben, my man... that's clever thinking!

Paul.

I think the end is a really long way away, and I don't think I will wait for it to arrive...places to go.... things to do... ;)... ;D...!

I'll go along with Ozzy. ;D

Not that I ever believed the Big Bang theory anyway. It's only a theory after all. Nobody can prove or disprove it but it will do until someone comes up with a better one. ::)

I'm not going to waste my time worrying about how it all started any more than how it will end. With a bit of luck I won't be around when that happens & I can't do anything about it anyway. I've always thought that we humans will destroy our own environment long before it would happen naturally.

I think it will end after the Alien science fair when we don't bring first prize, and Little alien high school kid stops feeding us. :P

Never mind the Universe I am still worrying about the world.

That is why we have a C172 because I still think the world is FLAT and with the C172 I will not get to the edge of it and end up goodness knows where :)

I almost found out one time because I was flying west when the sun fell right off the edge of the land.
I looked at my fuel guages and I had about half fuel so I turned around and went home.

:o :o ::)scares me just to think about it!

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Theories of the SimViation universe:

The Ozzy72 theory: Spitfire-shaped asteroids might be capable of performing strange maneuvours by passing under the sun in an upside-down position. However, close proximity to the sun might result in the following theory.

The Bjorn Theory: Massive cosmic explosions might be the result of superdetonations produced by Bjorn particles and radioactive Heretic rays being emited by the sun. However, such an effect can then result in yet another theory.

The Souichiro Theory: As cosmic debris reach the normal particles of neighboring nebulas, those particles become excited and are then classified as Psycho particles, which then clump together to form massive Hannabal-shaped chunks of planetary bodies. This now leads to the final theory.

The SimViation Theory: As our almighty god Pete gathers all the Hannabal-Lector-shaped chunks, he forms them to become the many sections of our forum that we have now come to see today. Order reigns over chaos and Pete finally rested after his seventh official post. On his seventh post, he said "Be fruitfully insane and multiply".
