Your Firearms?

Postby Scorpiоn » Tue Aug 09, 2005 3:04 am

Specifically, rifles and sidearms.  I'm not sure how many countries allow firearms, but if you do use them, which ones are your favourites?  I've decided I might want to put some dough away for a rifle, and perhaps a sidearm.

I'm saving up for a Baker Rifle.  Accurate to 200 yards with a massive rate of fire of three a minute.  I can manage 2 shots in one minute with only minor burns to my face.

Firearms are for wusses. Real men fight burglars with their hands.

Burglars?  Phh...  What else do you do with bottles?  Shoot 'em! ;D

I've been snooping around for M4's and they seem to be around a grand.

Will, where do you get ammunition for something like that? :o

You make it yourself.

1.  Get a piece of cartridge paper about 4 inches by 3 inches.

2. Roll paper around copper tube and scrunch up one end.

3. Remove copper tube and pour in about 2 inches of powder.

4. Add ball and twist the top.

Voila, 1 Cartridge.

Hmmm, I wonder if the guy across town that was shot to death by a burglar he surprised was thinking the same thing?  ???

At least in my experience, most burglars are armed and typically aren't in the mood to fist fight.  ::)

I have a .22 semi-auto hand gun. YES it's small, but it was cheap and effective. I just hope I never need it. What I really want is a Colt 1911, but I just can't spend $400 on something I will likely never use.

Why? guns don't kill people, people kill people.

Thus, keep guns away from people.

Don't you think that those inclined to kill others would just use something different?

......mmm.....I'm hoping to get a more powerful water pistol for Xmas.....it's about the only firearm that is legal here in the old UK...........better not flash that around too much in public either, or it might get mistaken for a dangerous weapon and (no kidding) you would stand a good chance of being shot dead...since the bombs last month there is a "shoot to kill" policy in place here too.....not funny....commoner :o
