for some reason, Sci-fi moved from regular cable channels to digital cable channels, if you got it. ex: in chicago sci-fi was 44 but is now 160, 44 replaced by golf channel.
c'mon!!! now the only place i can get my fix of SG-1, SG-Atl, and Battlestar is at my house...
The one and only reason that I do not have cable TV or satillite, or anything else like that is this: I refuse to pay $30/month just so I can watch 3 channels. Oh sure, the package comes with like 25 channels, but I would only watch 3 or 4 of them. I am reconsidering though, because of a new show on the Outdoor Life Network called "Wings to Adventure", it's documentary type show about GA pilots.

...well, I took the plunge... I ordered cable. :-/ I guess this post got me thinking, that and my freind just got cable and was telling me about all of the great things he has been watching on the history channel.
We'll see how satisfied I am after a few months, I may not keep it.

I don't see the big problem, aren't we all supposed to be on FS?? No, just joking, I've had the channels change only once over here, and I have digital, so it doesn't really matter a whole lot.
