Next would be a study for castration as a better solution: volunteers are needed.

This is a highly personal & sensitive issue. It covers taboos, religious/political/moral beliefs & personal hygiene to mention a few. That makes it an unsuitable subject for this forum. IMHO

I have strong feelings on the subject myself but am not prepared to discuss them here. This demonstrates just how dfifficult it is to tackle the really serious problem of AIDS.
