I do bike riding. Everymorning, every lunch, and every afternoon. And that's just on Mon-Thu. On Friday, I have to get up early, ride my bike to the gym [uphill battle] and park it there, run 2 miles in less than 20 min., ride my bike back, shower, THEN ride my bike to work so that I can sweat all over again, and FINALLY ride to and froe like any other Mon-Thu.
Lance Armstrong, watch out.

I ride my bike, as crappy as it is, everyday; as well as runfor 30-60 minutes a night.
But sadly, my diet is lacking.
So while being fit (to an extent) without a shirt, I don't really look the part.

50 sit ups in the morn, 50 before I go to bed, and before I got this job and we had heat indexes of 105 I was biking about two hours a day. I absolutely DESPISE running, so I bike as much and as hard as I can to make up for it.
My diet isn't stellar either, I guess I have a really good metabolism

My diet not that bright either. I usually sneak in a few artery cloggers now and then.

Recently, through my work, I joined a gym. My work will pay the membership fee as long as I go to the gym eight times a month for the next eighteen months. Not a bad deal and I try to go to the gym every other day.
My favorite workout machine is the bicycle, followed by working on my lower back, a steam and they a dip in the spa. Ahhhhhhhh....the spa!

i do sit around, i think the most action my body has seen is moving the joystick to the left or right. but dont forget that rotation, i have to stretch for that ::)

even though im dangerously obese (275lbs) I still manage to fit in 3 miles of biking a day in the summer. not to mention that i'm in marching band, so marching around parking lot (cant use football field) with quints is stressing ( it got bad i dropped out of line during the 4th of july parade) but it's worth it in the end. then winter comes aronud and i gain those christmas pounds.
thats my 0.02

I don't exercise. I'm American. ;) My diet is not good either. But who wants to live to old age anyway? Not me. Screw this crap.

Unfortunately, I don't exercise nearly as much as I'd like to (just too busy). When I do, I usually go to the pool and swim laps. I very much enjoy swimming and there isn't a better total body workout.

Most of my 'excercise' takes place at work, which involves walking all over the place, lifting heavy stuff, and clamoring around inside of dry bulk 18-wheeler trailers with a 5000 psi pressure washer. Among other things....

Same here, after lifting stuff and running around for 10 hours every day at work, the only thing I want lift when I get home is either a video game controller or my guitar.

...Breathe...both in and out for 24 hours a day....quite strenuous I can tell you...keeps me going though, don't know how I would manage without it.....commoner

...BTW I also swim one kilometre a day......maybe that helps a little too.
