howdy...

i have a little problem here with my IE, from a few weeks now it started to pop up this message



when i am clearly online i seriosuly dont knwo how to get rid of this now, the work offline opion on the file menu of the IE is unchecked, so it must be disabled...but it doesnt look litk it is, also my msn likes to freeze for about a minute or two and then comes to normal, by itself. can this be an ISP problem?

Its either a virus.
Or check in your network connection folder. Make sure there arnt any additional connections there that shouldnt be.
