I just wanted to thank you Brits for naming the finest bombers of World War 2 after some of our small Ontario Towns and Villages in the Province of Ontario in the Colony of Canada.

Oh you didn't know, well there is Stirling Ontario, Wellington Ontario, Halifax Ontario, Lancaster Ontario and a few more.
They are all within striking distance dam I mean flying distance of the C172.

Well on your behalf I shall phone my Member of Parliament in Ottawa Ontario, the capital of our happy little colony and inform him to tell our Prime Minister about my find.

My goodness there is also a Sunderland Ontario, well I will certainly have to mention the Irish as well, certainly can't leave them out. LOL

I would also like to point out we here in the colony share many of the same names of villages, towns and cities you do.

London and New Castle are just a couple as well as Berlin.

Almost every town and city has a King and Queen Street.

I often wonder if our forefathers had any imagination at all?

..lol...and here's me thinking in my ignorance that the most famous of them all IMO was named after Lancaster in Lancashire, England............just shows, yer learn something new every day on SimV...........commoner

All kidding aside we are very fortunate to have so many talented and knowledgeable members who get along so well together.

I am sure Pete is very proud of what he has accomplished...and so he should be.

Oh and Commoner did I mention about some of your counties, towns, cities and rivers being named after ours over here in the colony LOL...got to go down to the barn and stand in the corner now...the old girl just read this post.
