East Kent. ENGLAND. - A leap of faith proved hazardous for a smoker in need of a cigarette fix after a night on the town.

Smoke2Much suffered trauma to his nose, eyes and chin after jumping from a car traveling 55-60 mph. Authorities said he was trying to retrieve a cigarette blown out of the passenger-side window.

Smoke2Much, 38, took the leap Saturday night, East Kent P.C Jamie Gravier said.

The driver of the car, Herself, said Smoke2Much had asked her earlier in the evening to be a designated driver after a night of drinking.

"Herself said Smoke2Much was smoking a cigarette when it blew out the window and Smoke2Much jumped out the window to retrieve the cigarette. Herself said she was driving between 55 and 60 mph when Smoke2Much jumped out," the local Plod said.

Jumping out of cars at 60 mph = death.
Smoking fags                            = death.
Drinking excessively can           = death.

Drinking, smoking and jumping out of a car = life. ::) That man is very fortunate! :o :o

No, smoking is deadly. Every time one is smoked it is another layer of dirt and tar down the lungs. Just because it won't kill you if you smoke justone or two doesn't interefere with what I said.  Very few people die of one heroin jab - so it isn't worth saying.

FACT: Tobacco kills more than 1,500,000 MIDDLE-AGED humans each year.  On average each will die22.5 years early.  Sadly, we can't all be average.

If you want to see a site that has plenty of striking facts that smoking kills and KILLS YOUNG look Here
Look here to see a shocking table of death statistics in the US in 1998,

I wont even bother going to a web page full of death from smoking stats, you know where many of those numbers come from?
Did you know that in a traffic accident that has a fatality if cigarettes are found in the car, that counts as a smoking death?
Did you know that during autoposies that if so called "tar" and "dirt" are found in the lungs of the dead person that is counted as a smoking death? even thought that person may have never smoked a cigarette in thier entire life!

Do you know not all cases of lung cancer or heart desease are related to smoking? But yet deaths from those are added in to smoking death stats? Or do you know the number that have diagnosed with lung disease never got it from smoking but from pollution in the work place, but yet those to are added in to the "smoking numbers"

You want to see shocking stats, look into deaths of teenagers in automobile accidents, that is where people should be concerned and not bashing the smoker ;)

I'm not saying smoking is good for you and doesnt cause health problems, and not do I condone it, but take your misleading facts and numbers and force them upon someone who cares ;)
