We talk about people who buy a home near an airport and then they complain about the noise.
Perhaps if airport officials and pilots in general receive a complaint they should refer the complainant to a lawyer other than the one they used to purchase their property.
The reason being that under the Law and Real Estate Act everything must be disclosed to a Purchaser.
