any pointers?

Well after months of waiting, i got my MRI back on my knee and it turns out i am going to need Arthroscopic surgery to repair the damage. I know its not a major thing but has anyone had the pleasure(sarcasm) of this procedure, what should i expect? the doctors wern't to forth coming with info.

I was SUPPOSED to get it on my knee after my Marine Corps discharge...long story short, I didn't.  lol  From the information I gathered, it's a very non-invasive procedure.  It'll be sore, but you should be back up on it in no time.

Well I cant comment on personal experiance but I can on when my mother had it done.
She had the procedure done on both knees, three years later she had said knees replaced and hasn't been the same since.
It is a common procedure just make certain your doctor knows what he/she is doing ;)

My uncle had to when he fell down the stairs. I remember it took a while to heal..
