Hancock to be home of Predator aircraft

There's concern over the Watervliet Arsenal and Stratton Air Base as well....but I think that they'll both be fine.  There's no civilian counterpart to the product put out by 'Vliet, and the Herc base at Stratton has way too much publicity to ever have to worry...
