Blimey, bad news...!

There aren't many of us enthusiastic Cessna 150 pilots left, so we can't afford to loose any... ::)... ;)... ;D...!

...and all you CFS flight simmers out there thought that only you were in constant danger of being shot down... :o...!

LOL...!

Paul...re-fitted my Browning machine gun on the cowl...just for added security... ;)... ;D...!

Well exactly - would it have enough power to get into the air on take-off?
I would advise you remove it Paul - we don't want another pilot lost! :P :o

Glad to here everyone is okay. I was kind of surprised that there isnt a charge direclty related to shooting at a plane. It said he was charged with "discharging a weapon at an occupied vehicle resulting in bodily harm" I would have thought there would be a charge like "discharging a weapon at civilian aircraft" or something like that. I guess the laws dont cover that specifically.

Well it worked fine on my old Spad XVI during the First World War... 8)...!

LOL...!

As for weight, remember that I'm only 5' 7" short, and 11 Stone in heaviness...  ;)...!
The power to weight ratio in my Cessna 150 is feenominal pheenomanil feanominul very good... 8)... ;D...!

Or what they charged him with is a more serious offence...so that he's in prison longer...
